We have been making this style of frame set for years. Fixies are based on the traditional track bikes, the most simplistic bike on the planet.

They offer the opportunity to custom build your very own bike for yourself at a very reasonable start out cost.

For Fixies we are now making them under our iconic " Pantha"  brand also "World Famous In New Zealand " and has been ranked as being famous as another iconic brand " Georgie Pie" .

We give the options of using different frame tubing sets from plain gauge cro-mo tubing, to several of the Italian manufactured tubes sets from Columbus.

For a full on pure track racing frame with BC (bare clearances) lugged round fork blades with an investment cast flat fork crown 1" threaded steerer. we would use ' Zona' tubing.

For a road /city fixie model  GC (guard clearance which allows 25/28mm T Serve Messenger tyres ) there is an option of TIG welding. Butt brazing, or lugs. The tubeset that offers strength and performance is the  Convrete 4130 or Zona double butted tube set. With this we use cromo forks with a unicrown and an 1.1/8" ahead steerer. TIG is the most cost effective.

We are also using the re-introduced Columbus MAX Eliptical tube sets for Pantha BMX pro level racing frames and custom build track sprint frames again. This is a top end velodrome specification.

You have a choice of tubing model, welding system. and a single colour.

You have a choice of many specialist components from CU, Miche or Japans Keirin NJS  individual brands like MKS, Nitto, Kashimax, Araya, Suzue, Hoshi, Shimano and Panaracer.

Please note Columbus Thron tubing set are no longer being made in Italay. Which leaves the better option of Columbus Zona tubesets being lighter and of better quality, there will be a small added cost.
