The cost of shipping your order will depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and location the order is delivered to. To estimate shipping costs, add items to your ‘shopping cart’ and proceed to checkout. At point of order confirmation there will be a number of shipping options to meet your requirement.

General Returns Policy

Where goods are purchased direct from Velomaster you may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. If the item is incorrect to that advertised or defective in some way we will also pay the return shipping cost. As the Velomaster web site offers items for sale both by Velomaster and by registered third-party sellers, some items may have specific return policies so please read descriptions carefully.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your return package; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Velomaster are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
