The model pictured is a in recognition of a popular frameset Legnano sold and raced by many of New Zealands cyclists from the late 50's and through the 60's. These were imported by the well known Doug Hills who had his shop in Auckland City and was the haunt of many of NZ cyclists.

Legnano are now part of the Bianchi group in Italy.
